St. Thomas combines the natural beauty and serenity of a tropical island with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a modern city. As the Caribbean's most popular cruise-ship port, this centerpiece of the U.S. Virgin Islands impresses more than a million visitors a year with its sophisticated pleasures and atmosphere. With a multitude of activities and attractions, there is always something to do or see on the island. Enjoy delicious dining - some of the best restaurants in the Caribbean can be found here - or stroll through the historic streets and alleyways of Charlotte Amalie amidst charming boutiques and sidewalk cafés that have made the capital of the US Virgin Islands famous.

A mountainous island, St. Thomas offers stunning vistas in almost every direction. While Charlotte Amalie is full of energy and renowned for it's world-class duty-free shopping, St. Thomas also provides natural wonders such as the indescribably beautiful mile-long crescent of white sand known as Magens Bay as well as stunning views of the Caribbean from as high as 1,500 feet above sea level. .

Sports and activities are abundant on St. Thomas - both on land and in the sea! Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the George and Tom Fazio-designed Mahogany Run course which is a mere 3 minute drive from Kiwi Villa. St. Thomas is also well known for its world-class yachting and sportfishing. For more adventure, you may want to plan a day trip to neighboring St. John (USVI) or the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Conveniently located at the east end of the island in Red Hook, you can travel by ferry from Red Hook, or from the harbor at downtown Charlotte Amalie. St. John is home to the Virgin Islands National Park, and boasts great snorkeling and many spectacular white sandy beaches.
